RedMine task execution control?

Good afternoon, IT colleagues!) I am implementing RedMine in a large company. (Mentally everyone probably laughed)
Before that, we used and continue to use Directum EDMS.
The people are used to routes (very much) and to controls (when the task is completed, it returns to the performer for control (also very used to it)).
The usual email notifications and the action section are not enough.
Tell me, is there any plugin (paid / free) to solve this problem? Ideally, another plugin for creating task routes, similar to Directum (who knows, he will understand)
