Redmine server requirement?
Good afternoon dear ones.
Please advise me how to properly organize the work on redmine.
There are 5 autonomous offices with 20-50 people in each. All offices operate independently of each other, with the exception of accountants. The task is to transfer all offices to the servicedesk system, redmine was chosen by the authorities.
Question 1: Is it possible to use Redmine as a servicedesk
Question 2: Use your own Redmine for each branch or run all in one. If you run all in one, then how can you delimit the branches in a single system so that each branch sees only its own division.
Question 3: What are the server requirements for working in Redmine 20-50 people. On which OS to run the server part of Redmine is not important.
If there are specific manuals or examples for configuring servers, please share the links.
Thanks everyone

1. Maybe. Redmine is a task\bug tracker. It allows you to set tasks and track their progress.
2. One will be more convenient, 50 people is not a lot. In redmine, you need to create projects and add users to them. If the project is not public, then it will not be visible to anyone other than the participants in this project.
3. Depends on the intensity of use, but virtual machines for 2-4 cores and 4-8 gigabytes of memory should be enough.
