Redmine. How to form a table planned -> done?

We badly use redmine for current tasks and maintaining a database of errors and fixes.
The management wants to have reporting not in the form of "what was done over a certain period", such a function exists and is quite convenient even "out of the box".
And in the form of "what was planned and what was done from it", moreover, not according to the project, but according to the person. For the project, you can adapt the roadmap to this, although it is also not very convenient - adding versions and so on, but tolerable.
The trouble is that plans are often shaken up on the go, something is added, changes.

Maybe there is a plug-in of some kind or in some other ways this was done.
So far, the only option in manual mode is to export plans at the beginning and end of the period, and then bring them into one table...
