Redmine 3.1 - can he do it out of the box?

Hello everyone,
I’m studying this system, as they say, the question arose, but does he know how to do it himself or should he finish it either through plugins, the possibility of subdividing tasks into hierarchies / levels? For example, the levels are goal, task, task.
And when creating a new task, so that you can specify the hierarchy and have your own additional fields for each level?
It turns out some analogy with the tracker - I select the tracker, additional fields appear depending on the binding, only here there is a multi-level hierarchy.
You can create subtasks of tasks, this is understandable, but is it possible to somehow conditionally name a subtask
Thank you all in advance.
PS:ver 3.1

You can create an unlimited number of subtasks, and for each subtask you can create an additional subtask. All this can be done out of the box.
The only question is what level of hierarchy you need. For my company, 5 levels of subtasks are enough, we did not test further.
For a more convenient organization, you can use plugins, but in general, everything is initially clear and simple.
