Is it possible in Redmine (3.1) to sort field output when creating new tasks?

I did not find any answers for the query "redmine new issue fields order"
:( a person (after all, this system was made for him, right? ..)
Or delving into views/issues/_form_custom_fields.html, etc.

You cannot do this through the Web interface, you can only change the order of custom fields
