Redis

Redis has to be restarted every 14 days, otherwise sites slow down, what could be?

after 14 days of uptime, sites start to slow down a lot (with a slight load), they looked for the reason, restarted php fpm - it didn’t help, restarting redis fixed the problem (response time returned to normal values). There was a similar garbage two weeks ago, they also restarted everything - it helped, maybe it coincided, of course, but it looks like a periodic problem, as if something is accumulating in redis.
there is a suspicion that the matter is in the standard redis configuration. Who will tell you what can eliminate the risk of a similar situation with site brakes or can help point out another possible reason?

what's in the radish logs? How much does it initially load on resources and how much after 14 days?
show redis.conf.
