Redis Failed opening .rdb for saving: No such file or directory - what's causing the error?

In redis, after some time, the error "Failed opening .rdb for saving: No such file or directory" occurs

in the config:

dbfilename dump.rdb
dir /var/lib/redis/6379

I go to the folder and the file "dump.rdb" is there, I don't understand why
