Redirecting requests to another server?

I found an exact copy of my site, nothing new, but the implementation itself is interesting. When you go to the duplicate site, requests from it to my donor site come from my own IP. Those. from the IP of the person who went to the site of the understudy, requests go to the donor site, and not from the server itself, where the site of the understudy is located, through some kind of file_get_contents, but directly and in the address bar the address of the understudy site remains. Is it implemented by redirecting requests from the server to the donor site?
