Redirecting mikrotik traffic to a router on a different subnet?

Available:
Subnet 192.168.0.0/24, in which the mail server 192.168.0.180
is located. There is an ovpn server (192.168.0.200) with a subnet 10.0.0.0/24 for clients.
And there is a router with incoming Internet (bbbb) connected via ovpn (10.0.0.4) to our subnet 192.168.0.0/24
. I'm trying to make the mail server 192.168.0.180 access the Internet through a router connected via ovpn.
To do this, on a Mikrotik located in the main subnet, I prescribe the marking of packets from the server 0.180, add a route through 10.0.0.4 for packets with such marking, but the route is inactive, as I understand it, the gateway is in another subnet

1. Gateway 10.0.8.1 must be pinged from Mikrotik
2. The same gateway must be pinged from mailman
3. Rule for mailman so that traffic always goes through the created ovpn interface (masquerade)
4. Rule on the ovpn server so that incoming traffic goes to mailman ( dnat).
5. Profit Missed
