Redirecting internal traffic to external ip. How to implement?

Good afternoon! There is a local network 192.168.1.X in this network there is a PC 192.168.1.100 with an open port 1111. This PC (terminal server) was taken to another place. How can I redirect traffic from the internal network 192.168.1.X to the external ip address and port 1111. So that all PCs that previously accessed 192.168.1.100:1111 do not notice the absence of 192.168.1.100. If possible, show examples of how this is done! Mikrotik is installed on the local network.
