Redirecting all traffic for a specific ip between channels, is it possible?

A newbie question about the capabilities of mikrotiks.
There is a microtic, two Internet channels are connected to it (main and backup).
It is configured to only automatically switch between channels in case of loss of the main one.
We are interested in whether it is possible to implement the traffic processing function in it so that all traffic going to only one specific ip (there is a terminal server) is sent to the main channel, and everything else is sent through another channel?
If possible, tell me an implementation example or where to read on this topic intelligibly.
Thanks in advance!

Marking the necessary traffic and sending it to a separate routing table is a subtle thing. Or one routing rule - if it's rude.
