Redirect 301 from a site under the filter?
There is an old site that does not shine with its popularity, moreover (as far as I can tell from the behavior of the site) it fell under the filter in google. I created a new one, on a similar topic, and transferred some articles from the old site to the new site, using a 301 redirect (page by page).
Question - can the negative from the old one be transferred to the new site in any form? Those. if the page of the old site was issued on the 30th page of the google issuance, but really should be on the 2-3rd for a certain request, then the floor page (content) of the new site will also be issued on the 30th page of the google issuance.
The second question is if yes, i.e. the google filter will also be transferred to the new site, what should I do? Because in Yandex everything is fine with the issuance? Or lose Yandex or Google?

Watching what filter in Google.
I would advise you to try to determine the reasons for the filter (if any) and move on from this. Or, as an option, rewrite the slightly moved articles, try to supplement them with useful information (in this case, it would be better to remove the redirect).
was issued on the 30th page of google issuance, but in reality it should be on 2-3 for a specific requestInterestingly, how did you determine that "should be in 2-3 place"?
