Redesigning a book for portfolio copyright infringement?

Please tell me, is it possible to make a book/album cover design of your choice, for a portfolio, will this not be a copyright infringement?

It won't be a violation as long as you don't get involved in distributing the actual album.
All you give is trivial information: the title of the album and the list of songs.

This should be clarified with the publisher, since they usually deal with the design of the cover. Maybe he will be pooh, and maybe excited. It all depends on how popular the book is and whether you want to hype on its title.

According to subparagraph 1 of paragraph 1 of Article 1274 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation, free use of a work for informational, scientific, educational or cultural purposes is allowed without the consent of the author or other copyright holder and without payment of remuneration, but with the obligatory indication of the name of the author whose work is used and the source of borrowing: quoting in the original and in translation for scientific, polemical, critical or informational purposes lawfully published works to the extent justified by the purpose of quoting, including the reproduction of excerpts from newspaper and magazine articles in the form of press reviews.
I think the definition of quoting is quite suitable for a portfolio. (but this is the maximum that can be attributed here
)

Violation. Connoisseurs, which is higher, bypass attention.
