Recover deleted records from sqlite table?

In general, there was a problem with the iPhone, all contacts were lost. They are stored in the addressbook.sqlitedb table, and if you view it, for example, through FAR, you can see that there are contacts, it looks like they are simply marked as deleted. I found an online service that restores such files for a fee, but inadvertently uploaded the wrong file and paid ... While I'm trying to agree with them that they would restore it again, but the correct file. In general, I ask for help, maybe someone can get contacts out of it ...
Do not offer other ways, there is no backup copy.

And if you open, for example, this sqliteadmin.orbmu2k.de/ and see the structure and fields?
