Recommend the iOS Swift slide-out panel (swipe) library for creating a slide-out menu?

Dear developers,
Please advise if there are libraries to create the same slide-out menu? This is not a burger side menu. I need a menu that the user opens by dragging: located at the top or bottom of the screen.

I found a couple of libraries, but they do not allow you to smoothly drag the menu with your finger, but move forward by tap. Some of them would still have to be heavily reworked - bad design.
