How to prompt the user to swipe tableView cell?

In the Snapchat application on the screen to the left of the camera, when you click on a table cell, the application "offers" to swipe it (I'm attaching a screenshot). That is, with a sharp press, the cell moves from left to right and returns to its place. The iPhone lock screen behaves similarly when you click on the camera icon in the lower right corner.

Please suggest existing solutions to implement this behavior of the cell.

Perhaps before showing this screen, show the user a training material where a cell swipe will be drawn. Although iOS users are used to swiping and will swipe your cell if necessary.
