VS Code is very popular. There is also Atom with a bunch of plugins, well, Subiime.

You only need to activate (check the box) on Auto -close in Tools -> Module Manager . And if you want paired tags to be highlighted (including HTML, etc.), then also activate Highlighting paired tags . And another useful thing - Document -> Dynamic Line Wrapping . Applying to every new doc...
