Recommend courses on SAN in Moscow?

Comrades, where could one go to learn this thing in order to acquire knowledge. The ability to pass the exam later is a plus, but not decisive. I googled Storage Courses , but this, unfortunately, is in St. Petersburg, and I'm in Moscow. I looked for more - they offer UC434S from HP , at a completely unrealistic price tag for me (it’s cheaper to go to St. Petersburg for a week to study :)), and I’m generally silent about Brocade - my car costs so much :)
The purpose of the study is to get both theoretical and practical . There is no storage system at hand with which to experiment.
