Recommend an investment fund for an international startup

Which of the Russian-speaking investment funds would you advise to apply to in search of investments for an international Internet startup at the launch stage? We know about DST, is there something else?
PS: Preferably with experience in running international startups, or at least with access to Western investment funds.

What is your startup? I think it’s worth presenting yourself at a startup point, a weekend, and others, and you will be matched with an international investor within 24 hours if your startup is worth it.

One of the ways to attract investment , which has not yet been mentioned here, is especially convenient when working with foreign investors, are special "investment boutiques" that are intermediaries. They work according to a scheme somewhat reminiscent of a real estate agent: in case of successful attraction, they take a small percentage. In addition, they are able, if not to do it themselves, then at least explain how you need to prepare documentation, a plan, an investment memorandum and other pieces of paper in order for the investor to like it.
True, there is little point in contacting them with small amounts of investment - they will not be very interested in it. It should also be taken into account that they work more with investment funds, and not with private investors, and these relations have their own specifics. Nevertheless, I threw a link to one of them (Beford Investments), find out if they can help you.
