Recommend an external sound card for radio/podcasting

The question arose to choose a sound card for Internet radio and podcast recording.
The last time I did this was a long time ago, so I'm not up to date with the latest market news.
Had experience with MOTU, E-MU, M-Audio. There is not enough budget for MOTU, everything is clear with E-MU and M-Audio, I want to consider alternatives. Enlighten please on this topic, help me choose.

Requirements:
— Cost up to 10,000 rubles.
— 2 inputs for microphones with phantom power
— presence of hardware controls and buttons for channels
— at least 2 input channels
— USB or Fireware connection interface

Looking at LEXICON OMEGA Studio, what do you know/think about it?

M-Audio ProFire 610, more expensive than 10,000, but I do not agree to less.
