Recommend a table with adjustable height?

I wondered about purchasing a table with adjustable height, since I have been noticing for a long time that sitting all day long still affects my health.
I searched the net, found various reviews, but I still didn’t decide on a choice (I’m afraid that out of inexperience I’ll take something fragile and not durable, but the thing is not cheap!).
In general, questions for those who have such tables:
1. What table model do you use?
2. Did the table meet your expectations?
3. Would you recommend this table to your friends?
Thank you for your attention. I hope you don't mind giving me a few minutes of your time.

1. Ergostol Duo
2. Yes, quite: I often change position, there are no reasons for complaints
3. The quality is on top, I recommend it to my friends only in this way.
However, if finances allow, one could look in the direction of Ergostol Flex with a remote control for storing positions (a friend has one, it's impressive)

I made the first table for myself in 2011, then I liked the idea and launched it into a series. Now we produce tables under the brand name MENSA . Height adjustment between sitting and standing positions with gas lift. Simple and reliable design. Exclusively mechanics, a minimum of moving and complex components.
It is made in the Crimea, there used to be a Ukrainian company, now they have become "international" :).
I myself use a modification of the Decart table in the office - everything that was inconvenient in the design was eliminated in hot pursuit.

Hello! And I bought an inexpensive white table https://ergoboss.ru/desk/adjustable/electrically/e... I liked that there is a large range in height from 143 to 185 cm. It looks stylish and nothing more!
