Recommend a program for two providers in windows

There are two providers at home, both are connected to routers from which static is coming. I need a program that will switch the main provider (in case of a crash) to a backup one and back (when the main one is restored), at work I use Kerio Winroute Firewall. Completely satisfied, but it has a lot of functions that are simply not needed at home

What routers do you have? There are many alternative firmwares with Dual WAN support that implement both redundancy and balancing.
