Recommend a free JavaScript framework for creating a windowed interface

Tell me, please, which free JavaScript should you pay attention to if you need to make an information system with a window interface. From the main elements: lists with tabular data, cards with detailed data, data entry forms. The main requirement is that when you open a new element, the rest remain available with one click.

Ext js . It is distributed, among other things, under the GPLv3 license for free. Probably not more powerful.

ExtJS is not suitable for commercial use, therefore, when solving a similar problem for a commercial product, we found YUI, a library from Yahoo. Here, take a look - developer.yahoo.com/yui/

jQuery UI - well documented and widely adopted

You can use it, but for money. If not, please kindly provide the source code under the GPL, which does not really intersect with commercial products. I note that a commercial product is not only one for which money is paid, roughly speaking, money is also earned on open source, and here there is a trade secret. Although, of course, it all depends on the specific case of the topic starter. At one time, when the authorities did not want to buy an ExtJS license, I got out with the help of YUI, it was also the backend of a huge commercial monster.

If anything is simpler, then I advise highslide.com
There is a paid license, but it costs a penny for anlim $ 179 compared to the rest, their support is sociable. If you just need beautiful pop-up windows on frames or Ajax with control over everything else, then just right without heavy libraries.

qooxdoo.org/demo - demos, qooxdoo.org/license - licensing (as an analogue of ExtJS)

From experience, buying ExtJS will be cheaper than contacting analogues.
