We are looking for the simplest, most common, simple system for managing the site - with a tabular product form (see the picture below).

Literally, what would there be such information as:

Everything is in the format of the product list as in the photo below.
At the top is a quick live search, and a minimal filter.



Systems such as OpenCart, Joomla, WP, etc. no need to offer, we know about them, due to the fact that the requirements are as simple as possible (it is simply unrealistic as simple), it will take more time and effort to change the above-mentioned CMS. What you described is not the simplest and not the most common CMS, it is a full-fledged online store with goods, a basket, search and filters.
