Recommend a fast and very stable SMS service

Advise, please, the service of mass sending SMS. What you need:

- speed (throughout Russia, not only in the capitals)
- reliability
- the ability to send requests via POST / GET (we send now via PHP curl)

Now we use epochtasms.ru: we are not satisfied with the delivery time of SMS to the regions (up to 60 minutes!). And we want to send the activation code via SMS.

Try Yakoon, I think that's what you need. They have an API (GET, POST, and SOAP requests are understood), they deliver quickly, reliably. Their site really doesn’t show off much in design, and their acceptance of payments is not automated (at least in WebMoney).
