What SMS billing to choose in 2014?

Hello, Toaster :)
There was a need to accept payments on the site (in the form of donations). After reviewing the available options, I came to the conclusion that the most convenient way for the visitor, most likely, would be to pay by SMS.
I started digging in this direction and found out that organizations involved in organizing such a payment system are called SMS billings.
At the same time, the information in Runet on specific organizations is very old (some reviews date back to 2008).
In this regard, I would like to listen to experienced people and understand who to go to in our time and what commission is charged from the payment.

For probably two years we have not accepted SMS payments on our project. They used to accept through a1pay, but then something happened and they stopped working. For two years, it was not possible to find a worthy replacement (so that there are all CIS countries, a normal percentage and regular payments, a convenient api). As a result, they gave up on this and began to accept mobile payments in Russia.
Regarding donations, paypal has a special widget for this. Just like Yandex.Money has a widget.
Payment by SMS is certainly more convenient than with a bank card, but when you pay by SMS, you give 70% to the operator and intermediaries, and you receive only 30% yourself. Well, in our time, payment by credit card is much more popular than other methods.
