I haven’t come across it myself, but as far as I can see in many online stores, they use the services of different companies, but Novaya Poshta is mostly in the lead. We also use their services at work, since there are several of their points in my city. So far for a couple of years there was nothing serious. Not advertising!

Yes, use the services of carrier companies. The more numbers you can work with, the better for the end user. For example, Nova Poshta can deliver the fastest, they probably have many points for receiving goods, but they have a hell of a percentage on cash on delivery (it seems 13 UAH + 2% of the amount of the goods), it is better to use another carrier in this case. Ukrposhta will deliver anywhere, perhaps the cheapest, but also the longest (for example, all carriers have a minimum delivery cost of about 10-12 UAH, and Ukrposhta sends small goods to me for 5 UAH). Therefore, let the user choose, and you just check which carriers are in your city.
