Recognize QR code on the server?

Such a question, can anyone advise tools for recognizing QR codes from an image on the server?
An image arrives, we recognize it and get the URL from the code.
I found only this project in Google:

also found discussions on Habré, but there are no links to suitable solutions in them.

And what is on the server? php, asp?
If .net, then there is an open source library:

in php, I think there are a lot of them too
