1. Yes, as well as before - 25.
2. Do you mean - sending a letter by the client for sending? Yes, the same 25, although you can use 587. Recently I encountered such a problem - the manager is on a business trip to the USA, port 25 is blocked there, but 587 is not.
3. How much will be put up on the server - so much is transmitted
