For permanent work, you can open a completely legal company in Europe, open a bank account there and accept payments to it without any.

If in a legal way - you have to open a foreign currency account, transfer to it, then steer to the bank with papers (contract + certificate of completion, with the specified amount), after which the funds will be credited. In any case, such dregs with PrivatBank for FOP. I do not think that there will be a big difference for legal entities.
PS: documents are not a whim of the bank - it seems like at the state level. The bank itself is not happy with these quirks.
If possible and satisfied, it is easier through electronic payments.

Alternatively, connect some kind of processing service on the site for receiving payments with subsequent transfer to a bank account (for example, a service from money.ua is suitable - there is a minimum of paperwork needed).
After that, you give the client a link to the form or to the site page in the form of an invoice (with the already registered price without the right to change) for payment. The client pays for visa / mastercard (other options are unlikely to work there). In fact, the transfer will be from another resident legal entity and there will be no need to run to the bank with papers.
It only remains that questions about the legitimacy of this option are not fully disclosed, since the rules did not find a clause on the payer's residency in the rules.
By the way, in order to legally open an account in a foreign bank, you will need permission from the NBU to open such an account (taken every year, if I'm not mistaken).
