Reboot Acer Aspire 6920 with PSU connected?

Acer Aspire 6920 - with the PSU connected, the laptop reboots a few seconds after loading W7 with a battery, this problem was not detected. I read that this is a typical problem - the capacitor assembly fails. But tell me how to deal with diagnostics, is it possible to somehow check this capacitor?
