Reasons for a very strange friezes on a laptop?
Colleagues, good afternoon!
I've run into a problem that I can't figure out.
Not so long ago, the laptop began to freeze, freeze. Whether I'm watching a movie, listening to music or playing.
The strangest thing is that it starts to slow down without load, without overheating. It feels like something made of iron is dying.
I am attaching a link to the google drive video. Specially climbed on YouTube and watched everything in a row. Friezes start at 1:10.

The components do not overheat. all 60, maximum 70 degrees.
There is no load either on the RAM, or on the network, or on the hard drive - everything is loaded at 20-40%

If the battery is not needed, you can try to disconnect it and work without it. Helped me with the same symptoms.
