Realtek 8812AU wi-fi adapter not working on Windows 10, what's the problem?

Hello.
I have a problem creating a soft AP with a Realtek 8812AU adapter. To create an access point, I use the "REALTEK USB Wireless LAN Utility" program. The problem is that when I try to create it, it seems to appear in the list of available connections on other devices, but the connection itself does not occur.
When I worked with the same program on Windows 7 everything worked as it should.
The most interesting thing is that when I make a request on the command line to display information about available wi-fi adapters (netsh wlan show drivers), then in windows 7 the Realtek 8812AU adapter has hosted network support, but in windows 10 it does not. Maybe there are not enough drivers in the top ten?
If the solution to the problem is unknown, then maybe you can advise some analogue of the "REALTEK USB Wireless LAN Utility" program with the ability to set a specific IP address and frequency range (2.4 or 5 GHz)?
Thanks in advance!
