Real Estate Agency website+Wordpress+Export XML?

Please help me with the next question.
The task is to implement a real estate agency website on Wordpress.
Required functionality
- Filter by parameters (Property type, house number, street, etc.)
- Ability to export created ads / object cards in XML format, for subsequent upload to the sites Avito, 72.ru, Children, Housing problem, etc. (at least for one of them)
So far, the following options have come to mind:
- Take a theme tailored for an online store + woocommerce. Rewrite the names of the product fields - under the apartment fields.
Also rewrite the filter fields. Well, set up XML export (I didn’t go into details, but it seems like there are solutions for woocomerce)
- Immediately take a theme tailored for a real estate services site (for examplethemeforest.net/item/real-homes-wordpress-real-est... It has a nice filter and a good design. But then how will it be possible to set up XMl export, and is there such a possibility at all?
Maybe there is some other option?
