Good afternoon! Can you recommend ready-made template builds for a quick start (fronted development)?
Like a CSSSR example , but something other than that?

There are many such collections.
An example is TARS .
My personal opinion is that TARS is better than the one you mentioned in many ways.
At the moment I'm studying Vue.js and I found out that under Vue.js there are also ready-made systems for a quick start , and not even one, but to choose from - Webpack or Browserify.
