How to remove unused styles?

Sometimes you need to make a small website (static) of 2-3 pages.
I want to use bootstrap/material or another super heavy framework.
Is there something so that after creating the html, it would be possible to throw in the html code and the css code, and it would cut the css leaving only what is used?
