Ready-made functionality or a chat organization service?

We need a chat functionality built into the site with the following features:

1) Pre-moderation of all messages before publication in the general chat
2) The ability for each chat participant to indicate their full name and company, i.e. not as usual, only nickname
3) Ability to write responses to messages (tree branching as in comments on sites)
4) Ability to write to a personal chat to any chat participant

Maybe someone knows similar services or ready-made scripts?
ps: ideally it would be in PHP, but even if it is not on it, the main thing is that there are opportunities)
