Ready engine or self-written?

We need a functional, informational site, like kudago.com, only with a focus not on events and events, but on various online webinars / courses. With the possibility of online broadcasts and the purchase of courses / webinars.

On what engine to do (offered on NetCat and Drupal) or self-written?
The site should be fast, cross-platform, work well with SEO.
Thanks in advance for your replies.

Self-written - only for primitive sites or sites with a serious budget.
Everything in between is on the CMS.

everything is as they said above,
and when you get there, then the SEO is self-written

I'm also definitely for the finished engine. Look towards the non-commercial DotPlant2
