Ready cms or development?

Hello! There is a need to do it using cms or order a platform from the developer for selling video training courses with the ability to keep a personal training diary right in the office (the exercises are already indicated in the diary, you just need to fill in the weight, repetitions and approaches).
This platform should perform the following functions:
1. The person pays for the chosen course.
2. Passes registration and fills out the questionnaire.
3. After that, access to the paid course opens.

Let's say there are videos in the course and under each video there is an opportunity to indicate what you did today in the gym. By type of table. When I came in a day, so that the data that I entered remained in place.

Question: is it possible through CMS? Or just development?

From scratch will be faster. If your fantasy does not play out in the course of development.
Out-of-the-box solutions will also have to be redone. No less work.

I'll tell you honestly - there will always be leaks of courses (I hope you broadcast something worthwhile). And it doesn’t really make sense to develop something at all on cms and so on for courses.
For your 3 points, at least take wordpress. I myself somehow bought some kind of course (I didn’t even look) and it was on vp.
Paid - there is access. Didn't pay - biba.
In any case, you will have to “finish” some non-trivial tasks even on cms with your hands, which means you need a developer who is like a fish in water.

Hire a person who will do analytics for you.. He will write
down, calculate all the options..
On the one hand, it may seem to you that this is superfluous, but it is better to overpay a little and end up with a solution that will suit you completely..

Which WordPress?! Still WIX or Tilda advise a person. Do you want the site to work quickly and development, support is not expensive? I recommend Drupal. All your Wishlist can technically be realized in a couple of days. Design will take longer. No paid modules, three times faster than WordPress out of the box, a huge number of programmers ready to do this job.

There is no need to hurry. To get started, hang a one-page landing page with a subscription form and write a link to pay by email. Run Yandex Direct and (or) Google AdWords for a couple of weeks and see the statistics of how many people will subscribe at all. Of course, you will not take any payment, because the product is not yet available.
Then count: Direct and AdWords cost 18,000 rubles per month. The course costs 300 rubles. 5 people signed up in two weeks, which means there will be 10 in a month. Revenue 3000, advertising 18000 - well, it’s such a business, it’s better to become a coach for a salary.
Or vice versa, I will earn five coaching salaries a month - I will make a website.
