React native (something similar) or full apps (Ios/android)?

Hi all! We are developing a project, there is a website (without a mobile version). We thought about everything and decided that it was not worth making a mob. version, because still in most cases use applications. Actually, what is the best way to make applications? React native and something like that for both platforms at once? Or write full-fledged applications for ios and android? What are the pros and cons of both options in practice? What to give preference? I ask you to substantiate your point of view and write only if you really understand this at 100, and not read it somewhere.
I would also like to know, if you make separate applications for ios / android, this can be done by the same person and in any case you have to look for two different developers?
The essence of the application:
We go in and select the city -> enter the address (the delivery zone marked on the map is checked) -> available stores are displayed -> we go to these stores and make purchases in them -> place an order.
By functionality:
-In the basket there is the addition of comments and replacements to products
-Changed address, changed stores (in the basket, the goods were updated in terms of price and availability in another store)
-Change in the order during assembly (request confirmation in case of replacement).
Similar: igooods, instamart (Russia), instacart, google express (USA).

Flutter. Fast, convenient, cross-platform. For the rest of the mastercard.
