React how to call child method?

Good afternoon! I have already read many discussions on this topic, they are all around. As I understand it, there are several recommendations, such as Redux and passing directly through props. Actually the question is, if I have a child method, with a method say clearMe(), how do I call it through props? Listen to props change and write if for each method?
