RDP works through time. How is it treated?

The first connection via RDP can work fine, the second one has to wait indefinitely until the rdp gives an error. Somewhere from 7-8 times, you can adequately log in through RDP and work quietly on the server. Time passes and rdp works fine as if nothing had happened.

Clients on IP are connected or on dns a name?
