RDP session hanging?

On a domain server running Windows Server 2008 R2, when connecting via RDP under admin, the session freezes, and after disconnecting it is impossible to log in either via RDP or locally (gray screen), you have to restart the server. Under other accounts, everything goes in and out perfectly.

Ctrl+Alt+End on a gray screen then Esc usually helps. If not, kill the explorer.exe process through the task manager that opens and restart it on a new one.

Try turning off auto-detection of the speed of the network card and set it to 100 megabits or 1 gigabit, depending on the network card and network equipment to which the server is connected.
