RDP connection loss?

Situation:
Over the hill is a cluster of hyperV servers.
For our part, we monitor at the network level. Not only are icmp packets not lost, but they don't even drop by ms.
problem:
every 20-30 minutes, every user loses connection in a session with an indefinite frequency and a connection occurs within one cycle.
Guessing :
there might be a problem with the hyperV host itself, but what could it be?
ps I don't have access to the host. Access only on RDP virtual machines.
