RBKMoney how to set up a store for payment?

RBK have updated their personal account and haven’t figured it out yet, they send me links according to the old instructions.....
How can I find out the store ID? if it is nowhere in the control panel.
I have been communicating with them for two weeks already, they unsubscribe 1 message per day.
