Ratio of Google Play downloads and removals?

Hello! Created here is the first application (English tutorial for work). I posted it, after a while I launched an advertisement through Google ads. Attracted 200+ Downloads.
But here's what I noticed - on the application page in the store it says that there are only 50+ downloads. Wrote support, they strangely answered about possible strange download traffic, although everything was done through their advertising service.
Okay, that's not the point (although maybe someone can say something about this)
I wanted to ask you for statistics on downloads and deletions. I noticed that I have a lot of deletions (for 229 downloads, 95 deletions)
Perhaps someone can share how he is doing with this, whether the ratio of deletions is normal or advise something if they have encountered such a situation. And then the application does not have downloads (it is located deep), and the deletions are growing. And maybe someone will advise something on how to attract users.
Ps I'll leave a link to the application, suddenly someone will be interested and not too lazy to analyze it and say what's wrong with it. This is really important, I want to develop and know what needs to be done so that people like it and the application can help them. And if it’s bullshit at all (of course, in your subjective opinion) (feel free to speak directly, this is also an assessment that must be taken into account), then will my plans not be to make similar applications in other languages, and then one paid application with all these languages, but without ads is a bad idea, isn't it?
Thanks everyone

For me, for example, the ratio of the number of deletions / installations per day ranges from 1/2 to 3/4. It seems to me that we need to look at the final graph - how many active installations there are. If it grows - everything is OK, if not - something is wrong.
