Raster image to vector - how to convert?
Good afternoon, dear colleagues!
Faced such a problem, I want to print one picture (bitmap picture)
What did I do? I took a picture and wrote some text, selected this text and applied the stroke inversion to the picture, what happened?
It turned out the way I wanted, BUT! Raster everything, so you need to somehow do it in illustrator, but how to observe those transitions that are needed? If you look closer, the font is vector, but the colors are raster, as the mask is in the photo.
Honestly? I don't know how to be! Can I trace a bitmap in Illustrator and then apply text to the resulting shape?

First, what to guess - try.
Second, what's the problem? Bitmap printing is prohibited? Not enough permission? Then either take another photo as a basis, with a higher resolution, or change the format.
In any case, if the resolution is not enough for printing, then after converting to a vector, flaws will be noticeable.
