The question is, will the raspberry be able to work smoothly for 20 years or more without a reboot? Which batteries to choose that would last 20 years, solar panels, windmills and a thermoelectric generator will store energy by charging batteries or a capacitor. Everything will look like a pillar, equipment will be placed inside, data can be obtained by connecting via wifi. Advise technical implementation.

Everything can be done on anything, but if this is an industrial application, then you should not assemble it on your knee. Or you will simply change scarves as they fail, if the signal is read via wifi, then there are people nearby to change the contents of the box
It is unlikely that in the mass segment there is an analogue of a raspberry that can work for 20 years without a reboot. Neither Malinka will be covered, but some other module. You make too stringent requirements for consumer products. And even if you find a system that meets your requirements, then the price of it will be by no means $35.
In general, your idea is interesting, but 20 years without a reboot ... This is something from the realm of fantasy.
But such projects on RPi are quite feasible;)
