RAM choice for ryzen 5 2600?

I'm building a system on a ryzen 2600, the mother is Asrock b450 pro4. I plan to take CORSAIR Vengeance LPX CMK16GX4M2Z2666C16 DDR4 2666MHz memory or CRUCIAL Ballistix Sport LT BLS2K8G4D30AESBK DDR4 memory - 2x 8GB 3000MHz. Actually, what is the question - the motherboard and the stone, as I understand it, support up to 2933 MHz in stock, will these blocks stand on Ballistix 3000 MHz? What do you recommend, which one is better to take?

They will get up at 3000, but you should look at the QVL on the manufacturer's website - which RAM is exactly right .
