In one of the non-commercial projects, I would like to organize donations. With what help can a resident of the Russian Federation (paypal in flight?) Do this? Ideally, there would be many different ways to contribute so that people from other countries can join.

Those. the goal is to be available for fundraising NOT only locally (in this case, only in Russia).

Can be collected using bitcoin. This is not so trivial (you first need to buy bitcoins somewhere) and not yet very popular, but geographically unlimited. You can use bitcoin in addition to any other system you find.
